Is the point of life not to question it, nor to investigate individual tenants of what culminates, persuades or restricts oneself from being at your full potential?

PODCAST FOR EXPERIMENTAL WRITING/LITERATURE LOVERS/BOOK FANATICS

henrietteszocska:

I’m starting a podcast, with uploads every week. It’s going to be a podcast with reviews of books I find interesting or books that you would want me to read. This podcast will also be revolving around writing tips and advise, coming from both my experiences and yours! Soo we can all help each other to improve our writing or simply just to talk about things we share a interest in. But now to the most IMPORTANT PART: If you’re one to sit at home, at the library, in the park etc writing about anything at all, and you’re either cautious to share it with others or you’d only just like to have it out there, please feel free to send these lovely poems, songs, journals, letters, short stories WHATEVER you might have, so this could be a lovely part of the podcast. Long term, I would love for this podcast to be a free and safe space where everyone is able to try out as a writer or a poet. I hope it all sounds a bit intriguing for you guys :’)
Hit me with your lovely words on anon or off anon

I normally don’t comment on posts like this but HOLY SHIT I can tell you that this sort of thing is EXTREMELY helpful if you need to buff up your resume a bit.

Ever customize a tumblr theme? BAM! You have HTML experience.

Taken on commissions, even if it was for something like, I dunno, Gaia gold back in the day? BAM! Professional artist.

Create your own graphics for your blog? BAM! Image editing experience/junior graphic designer.

Roleplay? BAM! Working collaboratively in a creative capacity.

You gotta look at your hobbies and boil them down to what you’re really doing. Everything you do gives you experience in SOMETHING, you just gotta figure out how to word it in different ways.

Bless the nerds

Bless em.
